That’s why we present awards that highlight artistic talent, education, and the culture surrounding the Spanish guitar, expressing our admiration and gratitude to those who help this art flourish.
International Guitar Excellence Award
The Alhambra Guitars Foundation counts excellence in the world of the Spanish guitar among its core commitments. That is why, since 2022, it has organized the International Guitar Excellence Award to recognize and promote the outstanding work carried out by individuals, groups, or public and private institutions in activity: performers, composers, associations, festivals, publishers, record labels, and more, within the field of Spanish classical guitar.
In addition, the Foundation is proud to count among its honorary members prominent music personalities such as Leo Brouwer.
