Manufacturas Alhambra S.L. was founded in 1965 with a mission to create stringed musical instruments. Over the last 57 years, the company has always been at the side of young students and teachers, finding out about their needs and supporting their efforts. Their continuous work towards the improvement and knowledge of the requirements of the guitar world have meant that over the last few years, competitions such as CIGA, and the granting of international Alhambra scholarships have become permanent initiatives

The Alhambra Guitarras Foundation is picking up the baton and the work carried out until now by Manufacturas Alhambra with the aimes to foster, promote and disseminate the world of Spanish guitars in all their aspects at an international level, through different activities aimed at guitar students, performers and composers, in order to develop, extend and enhance guitar culture.
