Last Tuesday, March 11, the students of the Master of Guitar Interpretation visited Alhambra’s workshops. There they were able to see first hand the treatment that is given to hardwoods to turn them into musical instruments of great sonority. They visited the workshop of Javier Mengual, Alhambra’s luthier, who showed them how the guitars are made.
Among the attendees was the Master’s student, Sohta Nakabayashi, who received a scholarship from the Alhambra Guitars Foundation and came directly from Dallas (USA) after having given a concert as the winner of the previous edition.
A very special day for everyone, which ended with a meal for the attendees on the occasion of the celebration of the 60th Anniversary of the company Alhambra.
